- Category: bug report, content issue, feature request, billing, or general feedback
- A short title that summarizes the issue
- What happened, what you expected, and how we can reproduce it
- Screenshots or screen recordings when relevant
- Your TOEFL section, article URL, or page URL if the issue is content-specific
