We have been discussing how new technologies can change the relationship between teachers and students. AI tutoring systems can adapt exercises, give instant feedback, and track student progress without requiring constant teacher supervision. Some educators believe these systems could make learning more personalized, while others argue that human teachers provide motivation, judgment, and emotional support. Should AI tutoring systems replace human teachers, or should they only support classroom instruction?
I think AI tutoring systems should support teachers because they can handle repeated practice and give students immediate feedback. That would free teachers to spend more time on discussions, individual concerns, and activities that require human judgment.

I would be cautious about relying too much on AI because education is not only about correct answers. Students also need encouragement, social interaction, and teachers who can notice confusion that a program may not understand.
