Insurance Claim Follow-up

We have reviewed the damage photos and the incident report you submitted for claim 48371. At this stage, the only item still needed before the claim can move to final review is a repair estimate from a licensed contractor.

If the estimate exceeds $4,000, we will also need to schedule an on-site inspection before approving payment. Smaller claims are usually resolved without an inspection, provided that all documentation is complete. Please do not begin permanent repairs until the claim status is confirmed, although temporary measures to prevent further damage are acceptable.

Once we receive the estimate, we expect to update your file within three business days. Delays usually occur only when contractor information is incomplete or when an inspection becomes necessary.
