7 天退款窗口

如对订阅不满意,可在付款后 7 个自然日内申请退款。退款仅适用于当前付费周期或订单,且该笔付款包含的点数须尚未使用。请发送邮件至 support@prepcozy.com.

1. Refund eligibility

If you are not satisfied with a subscription purchase or renewal, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the payment date, subject to the conditions below.

Requests submitted after that window are generally declined. We are usually unable to refund a payment made more than 7 calendar days ago or provide a prorated refund after credits from that payment have been used.

Requirements for approval

  • Your request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date
  • The refund applies only to the current paid billing period or order. Earlier payments are not eligible if the payment date is more than 7 calendar days ago.
  • All credits included with that payment must still be unused when we review your request. If any credits from the refunded order or current paid period have been used, we cannot issue a refund for that payment

Covered purchases

  • Monthly subscription payments
  • 3-month and 6-month subscription payments or renewals, for the current paid period only and subject to the requirements above

Not covered

Promotional or gifted credits, trial offers priced at $0, prior billing periods, prorated refunds after credit use, and third-party app-store or marketplace purchases are not covered by this policy.

Note: PrepCozy provides digital services only. There is no physical return.

2. What happens when a refund is approved

  • Subscription access is revoked immediately and future renewals are canceled
  • Remaining credits associated with the refunded order or current paid period are removed
  • Other paid credits remain subject to their own active paid period and expire under that period's rules

3. How to request a refund

Email support@prepcozy.com from your account email and include the following:

  • Subject: Refund Request
  • Order ID
  • Purchase date or time
  • A short note explaining the issue, if you want

4. Timing and method

  • Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method
  • Bank processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your provider
  • Currency conversions or extra bank fees are determined by your payment provider

5. Fair use and abuse prevention

The refund window is intended for genuine dissatisfaction with a recent purchase. We may decline or limit refunds if credits from the relevant payment have been used, the request falls outside the 7-day window, or we detect fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated misuse patterns.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact support@prepcozy.com first. Many issues can be resolved quickly without a chargeback, and premature chargebacks may delay resolution or suspend access while the case is reviewed.

7. Local rights

If local consumer law provides stronger protections, we will honor those protections where required.
