PrepCozy 환불 조건, 7일 신청 기간, 승인 전 충족해야 하는 요건을 확인할 수 있습니다.

7일 환불 신청 기간

구독에 만족하지 않으셨다면 결제일로부터 7일 이내에 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다. 환불은 현재 결제 주기에만 적용되며, 해당 주기의 크레딧이 사용되지 않은 경우에만 가능합니다. 이메일 문의: support@prepcozy.com.

1. Refund eligibility

If you are not satisfied with a subscription purchase, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the payment date, subject to the conditions below.

Requests submitted after that window are generally declined. We are usually unable to refund a subscription payment made more than 7 calendar days ago.

Requirements for approval

  • Your request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date
  • The refund applies only to your current billing period. Earlier billing periods are not eligible if the payment date is more than 7 calendar days ago.
  • All credits included with that purchase must still be unused when we review your request. If any credits from the current billing period have been used, we cannot issue a refund

Covered purchases

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Multi-month subscription plans, for the current billing period only and subject to the requirements above

Not covered

Promotional or gifted credits, trial offers priced at $0, and third-party app-store or marketplace purchases are not covered by this policy.

Note: PrepCozy provides digital services only. There is no physical return.

2. What happens when a refund is approved

  • Subscription access is revoked immediately and future renewals are canceled
  • Remaining credits associated with the refunded order are removed
  • Purchased credits outside a refunded order do not expire unless otherwise stated

3. How to request a refund

Email support@prepcozy.com from your account email and include the following:

  • Subject: Refund Request
  • Order ID
  • Purchase date or time
  • A short note explaining the issue, if you want

4. Timing and method

  • Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method
  • Bank processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your provider
  • Currency conversions or extra bank fees are determined by your payment provider

5. Fair use and abuse prevention

The refund window is intended for genuine dissatisfaction with a recent purchase. We may decline or limit refunds if credits have been used, the request falls outside the 7-day window, or we detect fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated misuse patterns.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact support@prepcozy.com first. Many issues can be resolved quickly without a chargeback, and premature chargebacks may delay resolution or suspend access while the case is reviewed.

7. Local rights

If local consumer law provides stronger protections, we will honor those protections where required.
