By accessing or using PrepCozy AI at https://prepcozy.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. PrepCozy provides educational tools and AI-generated TOEFL study support only.

You must be at least 13 or the minimum age in your jurisdiction and able to enter into a contract.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly at support@prepcozy.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial study during your active plan period.

The service, including text, graphics, interfaces, code, models, and related workflows, is owned by PrepCozy AI and its licensors.

You are responsible for the content you submit, such as essays, audio answers, and profile information.

To operate and improve the service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, process, transform, display, and analyze that content solely in connection with the service and internal improvement.

AI feedback can be imperfect and may contain errors.

The service is study support and does not provide official ETS or TOEFL scoring, admissions advice, or professional advice.

The service may rely on third-party providers such as payment processors and analytics services. Their use may be subject to separate terms and policies.

Your use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

We may modify or discontinue features. Where changes materially affect your paid access, we may provide notice and options consistent with our refund or cancellation policies.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepCozy AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the six months before the event giving rise to liability.

You agree to pay the fees shown at checkout for subscriptions or credit bundles. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe.

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time by emailing support@prepcozy.com from the email address associated with your account.

Our team will process cancellation requests within 2 business days. Once processed, future renewals are stopped and you retain access through the end of your current paid billing period.

Our Refund Policy explains refund windows, exclusions, and eligibility conditions.

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful activity, non-payment, or significant risk to the service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.

Before filing a legal claim, please send a notice of claim to support@prepcozy.com describing the issue and requested relief so we can attempt to resolve it informally.
